There are ice storm warnings for portions of south central and southeast Minnesota.

Heavy snowfall could occur overnight, with the NWS predicting Sioux Falls could receive anywhere from 8 inches to 13 inches.

Wind speeds could be as high as 40 miles per hour.

Farther north, more than 15 million people from Utah to Wisconsin are under winter weather alerts Monday.
