He reveals that in 2013 when he was elected, he signed a resignation letter.

The reason is that any serious or permanent health issues made  it impossible to perform his duties.

He appeared in good health and reveals that in an interview.

He decided to return the Parthenon marble to Greece.

The Parthenon marbles are 25,000 years old and held by the Vatican.
