American professional rally racer Kenneth Paul Block drove for the Hoonigan Racing Division.
Block was also one of the co-founders of DC Shoes.
Additionally, he participated in numerous action sports competitions, such as skateboarding, snowboarding, and motocross.
On January 2, 2023, Block was killed while riding a snowmobile close to Woodland, Utah, at the age of 55.
The news was confirmed in a statement published earlier today on social media by Hoonigan.
Block is survived by his wife Lucy Block, and their 16-year-old daughter Lia Block.
As members of the Hoonigan team, their wife Lucy and daughter Lia also participated in national competitions in the US this year.
Block produced a series of gymkhana videos which have drawn millions of views on YouTube.
"Mr. Block was riding with a group but was alone when the accident occurred," the sheriff's office said in a statement.
